Josh Escover

Josh Escover trained and competed for 15 years in Northern California at Lana’s Dance Studio prior to graduating from Chapman University in 2022, with a BFA in dance performance and a minor in business administration. At Chapman, he received honors for performance and was president of the nationally accredited dance team and was able to choreograph four concert pieces, two dance films, and two additional pieces for stage all the while choreographing and teaching for various studios and high schools across the US. His choreography “Boots” on Lana’s Dance Studio was awarded “Best Jazz of 2023” at the Industry Dance Awards. After college, Josh moved to New York to pursue a dance career, and has since performed with Katy Perry during her Vanguard performance at the 2024 VMA’s, and in the ensemble in Radio City Music Hall’s “Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes”. He has also performed in Jakob Karr’s “Ain’t Done Bad” among other New York shows and tours.
