Sydney Chow

Sydney Chow is a New York-based dancer from Los Angeles, California. She attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where she was named a YoungArts winner in Modern/Contemporary Dance. She then received her BFA in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. As a company member with NYC-based contemporary dance companies such as Gallim Dance under the direction of Andrea Miller, and YY Dance Company under the direction of Yin Yue, she has toured internationally to Europe as well as nationally to venues such as the Joyce Theater, Chelsea Factory, Lincoln Center, and New York Live Arts. She has taught for universities such as NYU Tisch School of the Arts and SUNY Purchase Conservatory, as well as at many local dance studios within her native area of Los Angeles.
