Sabrina Huang

Sabrina Huang is a Los Angeles and Orange County based dance educator, choreographer, and researcher as an MFA candidate in Dance at the University of California, Irvine. She actively teaches across Southern California in competitive studios and open professional training spaces bringing an adaptive approach that balances technical rigor with artistic exploration. Her teaching emphasizes precision, performance quality, and discipline, while also fostering individuality, dynamic range, and creative voice. Through visual demonstration, imagery, and peer-based learning, she creates inclusive environments that challenge dancers to grow with intention. As a choreographer, Sabrina creates emotionally driven, physically grounded work that explores vulnerability and internal tension. Her recent piece "Unraveled" (2025) investigates anxiety through contemporary movement, blending control and release. Sabrina is committed to cultivating disciplined yet expansive spaces where dancers take risks, deepen self-awareness, and develop as expressive, thoughtful artists.
