Jordan Leitson

Jordan is a creative producer, educator, and adjudicator with extensive experience in the dance and entertainment industries.

He is the co-founder of Compounding Creatives, an idea factory focused on developing next-generation projects in the entertainment and hospitality industries. The company develops television concepts, live stage productions, restaurants, and immersive entertainment experiences designed to captivate audiences and push creative boundaries.

Jordan previously operated a successful professional-level dance school and pre-professional dance company. During that time, he produced and directed numerous stage productions and created nationally award-winning choreography. He has coached and trained dancers of all ages, including artists pursuing professional careers in the entertainment industry.

As an educator and guest artist, Jordan has traveled throughout the United States and world teaching dancers in multiple styles and working with studios and performers at every level. He has toured with Broadway productions and performed with major dance companies. Jordan has also directed and hosted multi-day dance events across the U.S. and Canada, led educational presentations for audiences and artists, and served as an adjudicator and event leader for organizations including Kids Artistic Review, Dance Educators of America, and View Dance Challenge.
