Margaux Leffas from sunny San Diego, CA began her training at San Diego Dance Centre under the direction of Sharon Keller and Michelle Miner. In her early years she was fortunate to be able assist both of these well known choreographers which led to her beginning a dance teaching career at fifteen years old and in maintaining her last few years at her childhood home, SDDC. In her early school years, she trained under some of the best; Tiffani Francy, Lynn Rae Hiers, Russel Corpis, and Kristen Hibbs. Moving on to Orange Coast College where she received her Associates in Fine Arts to then continue her school journey by finishing off at UNLV receiving her Bachelors with emphasis in Dance Performance. After that, as they say the rest is history. Margaux found a love for working for dance competitions such as formally Show Directing for Spotlight Dance Cup for seven years and now emceeing for Turn It Up Dance Challenge for her third year and lastly still maintaining giving back through judging for Starquest, ONE Beat Brands, WCE, formally LEAP, Legacy, and Just Dance Invititational. She's proud of her successful teaching and choreography skills which has led her to many awards such as : Top Choreographer, Highest Scoring Technical Routine, Highest Scoring Routine of the Weekend, IDA nominations and more. She can't wait to continue to share her LOVE for dance with you all.
