Important Information for Attending Families

Please share the following details with your families and guests:

Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility. Food delivery services will not be allowed into the venue. Concessions and hot food will be available for purchase onsite.

Parking
Parking is available in the open lot on South State Street or in the adjacent parking garage.

$7.50 before 4:00 PM

On the 13th and 14th, parking increases to $15.00 due to scheduled hockey games and prevailing event rates.

Dancer Entrance
Dancers should use the Artist Entrance on Madison Street (271 Madison Street). This entrance provides direct backstage access and helps avoid carrying bags and costumes through the main theatre lobby.
Please note: There is no elevator access to the lower-level dressing rooms.

Guest Entrance
All guests and spectators should enter through 411 Montgomery Street.

Props & Load-In
Props must be delivered to the loading dock on Madison Street, next to the Artist Entrance.
Doors and the loading dock will open at the time scheduled for your group. Please plan accordingly.
