Doors Open Information:
Friday - 5:30 pm
Saturday - 7:30 am
Sunday - 7:30am

Loading Dock Instructions:
Load-in/load-out is in the back of our building off Market Street (in between S 17th Street & S 15th Street).
There is an electronic gate back there. The person unloading/loading just need to call the phone number on the gate and/or tell the security guard at the gate they are here for your event.
There is no parking permitted in that area normally, but it is okay for them to unload/load items momentarily.

PLEASE* remind all coaches, parents, dancers, etc. for safety reasons: full dance routines are not permitted in shared spaces (lobby areas, doorways, by stairs/escalators, walkways, etc.). We’ll have signage posted reminding dancers to please keep at least one foot on the ground at all times while in common areas. Full dancing is absolutely welcome inside Exhibition Hall B. In common areas, walking through choreography (not full-out) and stretching are fine, as long as one foot remains on the ground at all times.

Reminder of Prohibited Items:
No open flames (battery votives recommended), helium balloons (air filled balloons arches are okay with approval), outside food & beverages (especially alcohol), weapons, fireworks/pyrotechnics, fog machines, & confetti.
