Jared Stern

Jared Stern is a New York native and former competitive dancer earning numerous overall and title wins along the way. He trained at the Long Island High School for the Arts and received his BFA in dance from Adelphi University on a full talent scholarship. After college Jared danced three seasons with the second company of Martha Graham and is currently touring with the Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company and the Caterina Rago Dance Company. Outside of his performance career he works full time as a dance educator and choreographer for students across New York, specializing in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and modern disciplines. His students have gone on to earn countless competitive wins of their own and acceptances to prestigious collegiate dance programs. Jared tours regionally and nationally as a dance adjudicator hoping to inspire the next generation of dance artists.
