Alexis Gigot

Alexis Moore Gigot, originally from Bay City, Michigan, is a dance instructor, gymnastics coach, choreographer, and costume designer with degrees in Marketing and Dance from Oakland University. She obtained her early training in both dance and gymnastics from Bay Valley Academy and later went on to earn a Division I Athletic Scholarship for gymnastics. Alexis is a 3-time National gymnastics champion, MAC Conference Academic All American, was awarded a MaTilDa Award through the Oakland University School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, and is an ESPY award recipient. Although performing is her passion, teaching is her calling. Alexis loves to share her knowledge and experience in our industry with the next generation and to help them become the best version of themselves with not only dance and gymnastics, but life as well.
