Marisa Kirby

Marisa is actively working in the world of theatre and dance where she was most recently seen in the musical production of Baby, off-Broadway in New York City. In addition to being an actor, she works in person and virtually as a choreographer and instructor for Dance Dynamics in Little Rock, Arkansas. She grew up dancing and went on to earn a B.F.A. in dance performance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Marisa is currently the intern director for the Weathervane Theatre in Whitefield, NH where she has the privilege to train some of the most talented young artists from across the country as they start their careers as professionals in theatre and dance. Marisa has training in many genres with an extreme passion for musical theatre and jazz. She has judged dance competitions as well as teaching nation wide dance conventions. Marisa has received over 50 choreography awards and her students have been recognized by earning both regional and national titles. Many of her former students can now be seen performing on cruise lines, national tours, network television, at the Grammy Awards and on the Broadway stage. She absolutely loves sharing her knowledge and passion for musical theatre and dance with not only her students, but students across the nation. Marisa is also a proud member of the Actors Equity Association.
