Leah Davies

Leah has been training in dance since the age of 5. She has extensive experience in teaching jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap and hip hop. Leah choreographs for Dance Premier's PRODIGY DANCE COMPANY where she has received high honors for her choreography style and concepts. Leah has recently become a Dance Masters of America Certified teacher and is currently on judging staff with Showbiz, KAR and Rainbow Dance Competitions. During her earlier years as a dance student, she was recognized at both regional and national levels earning such titles as Miss Super Star, Miss Teen Washington, Rainbow Connections Dancer of the Year, Miss Encore, Miss Starpower and was a Team USA gold medalist at the World Championships of Performing Arts. Leah has been awarded scholarships to the following dance programs: Encore, Dance Masters of America, Urban Jam, Tremaine, Jump, New York City Dance Alliance, Star Systems, Dance Power, the Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, CA. Upon being noticed by a director at NYCDA, Leah traveled to New York to perform in an off-Broadway show under the choreography and direction of Sheila Baker, and later went on tour as an assistant with Dance Olympus, Tremaine, Tam Jam, Star Systems. Leah is Collegiate All-American for the Universal Dance Association where she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
